Concrete flatwork refers to any poured surface on a horizontal plane, including patios, walkways, driveways, and more. Its appeal lies in creating a smooth and even surface for both functionality and aesthetics.

Projects typically begin with creating a sturdy sub-base using materials like rebar or aggregate rock to reinforce the concrete and prevent cracks over time.

Concrete Paving vs Concrete Flatwork?

Concrete paving and concrete flatwork are often used interchangeably, but they refer to different things. Concrete paving is for roads, driveways, and parking lots used by vehicles. On the other hand, concrete flatwork includes sidewalks, patios, and floors for general use.

Concrete Driveway:

Numerous benefits come with having a concrete driveway on your property. Concrete, a low-maintenance material, has a long lifespan with proper care. It enhances your home’s value and proves to be a valuable investment. Homeowners favor concrete driveways for the unique advantages they provide compared to other materials.

Concrete Patios:

Concrete patios can greatly enhance any home by improving the look of your yard or landscaping and offering a space to create an outdoor living area. We aim to provide top-notch concrete installations, and our specialized tools enable us to craft tailored concrete patios that match your yard or landscape’s aesthetics.

RV Pads:

RV enthusiasts cherish the freedom of the open road like no other. Yet, what about when you’re not out discovering new places? A dedicated spot at home for your RV provides a handy and safe area for storage, upkeep, or a spontaneous weekend escape. If you’re thinking about setting up an RV pad at your residence, contact Elevation today.

In simple terms, concrete paving is for heavy traffic surfaces, while concrete flatwork focuses on smooth and visually appealing horizontal surfaces.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend Elevation Tree Service for any tree trimming project. Manese and his team are very professional and get the job done quickly and efficiently with no debris left behind. This December I had them trim 9 cottonwood trees that are over 40’ tall and remove some other trees that were crowding the area. I also had a large evergreen tree blow over in a wind storm and they came out the next day, removed it, cleaned up the debris and cut it into fire wood for me.
